CLIENT OUTREACH SPECIALIST
Location: BELGRADE, SERBIA
We seek individuals with a broad range of skills–from digital to interpersonal to analytical.

Your Responsibilities:
● Making phone calls.
● Informing clients on characteristics of services, their prices, as well as answering clients’ questions.
● Acquiring information on clients and their reaction to our services.
● Answering the phone-calls from potential clients and providing them with information regarding products,
as well as assisting them with any queries and technical issues they come across.
● Scheduling appointments for sales representatives aiming at improving the sales process or
presentation.
● Performing market research by questioning clients.
● Performing clients’ follow-up after the sale is over via telephone or electronic email.
● Working with clients at the international markets (depending on the team).
● Continuously improving the quality of services provided.
● Working closely with sales targets.
Requirements:
● Fluency in English is a must.
● Experience as a telemarketing operator or sales representative will be considered a plus.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
● Organized and able to manage the daily schedule.
● Motivated to develop.
● Fast learner.
● Strong team player.
● High spirited.
● Dynamic and proactive.
